All information shared is of the present energy at the time of the reading. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services are subject to our acceptance of order and request. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.

By engaging with our services, you agree that The Mindful Lightbearer and its representatives are not liable for any damages or outcomes resulting from the use of services. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, please email mindfullightbearer@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Rescheduling: Any session can be rescheduled, but please provide at least 24-hour notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Mindful Lightbearer and its parent legal entity Hive Mindfulness, LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
